Cummins built the engines to run some what smooth and not lay down black smoke like crazy but to build the power and Mpg the run rough and pour out black smoke and 21mpg is my avg the 30mpg is cruising the highway

I get 19 mpg motor builds power all the way to 4700 rpm...

just drop the 6bt in it with a 5000 rmp kit. tons of lowend power and great speed even with a th-400
