    CUCV black smoke,power loss?

    I am filtering with bag filters @ 25, 10, 5, then 1 micron. Using a 75 micron first to catch the big stuff. Oh, and I have a large magnet in the first bag. Is there any place to get the injectors tested/repaired? Can't find anything local.

    The fuel gauge showed below empty after the siphon, and less than 1/4 after the first 4 gallons,and a little less than 1/2 after the second 10 gallons. I would say way less than 10% if that.     My 1009 is starting fine, idling fine, but on the pedal produces alot of black smoke, and not much power. So far: new air filter, cdr valve was replaced approx. 1500 miles back, thought it was the fuel filter so I changed to a spin on unit from a civilian 6.2 truck. Cleaned the fuel return...
