maybe cut some fuel line or similar and poke into the holes of the weld on tabs placed.... then run cord back thru them t help protect the cord... or smaller fuel line and slip over the rope and slide all that into each hole as you lace it down?

1. don't assume the truck is plumbed correctly. Not the first.... nor will it be last to find plumbed wrong.
2. Sounds also like leaking valve (switch or check orr?) somewhere letting low pressure air by....... just enough to open the dump valves a tid bit.
wondered when you would add your two hobbies together. Im going to have ton of flood potential of IR light via Ibis Tek search lights so am seeking how to best utilize this.
agree.... even if you spend for new instead of reconditioned at about 100 bucks each for similar at walmart.... they fit good and do you well for a long time. Money saved can go to other parts of the reconditioning the truck
