    Anyone ever submit a claim to GL?

    RE: claim Bruce, I don't think your problem is unique. I don't know what the solution to this particular event is. Even if the property is under GL"s control, the DOD retains an interest and GL is responsible to keep it whole and safe. Regarding the cannibalization and the missing property...
