    OK this is what I read on Allison web and a couple other places . Dex is find for hi way use Oil is for off road use (heavy ) due to dex has a lower boil off point. Allison recommended rotella t 6 for off road use.

    I would suspect in oil cooler and trans pan pull oil filter at trans cooler and take inside pour oil out in container and let warm up correct me if wrong if water is in oil would it not seperate.
