Disconnect the J12 plug from the A9, (float switch module. Hold the P12 side of the wire harness in your hand. Pin one and two should go to FL2. The FL2 is the top float. use a multi meter to find the wires to FL2. One black, one red.

Open up the front panel, see if fuel level switch is working properly. Take it out, and test FL1 and FL2. That's were the signal comes from to trigger the low fuel relay. When it shuts down for low fuel, It will not allow you to start the engine,BUT will allow you to use S10. If the FL is good...
Start the set. Follow the wires from CB3 back to the terminal board in the control panel. Measure at those two terminals for 120 volts. If you have 120 volts, and have reset the CB3 and still have no voltage at the 120 volt outlet, the the GFI is bad.
It sounds like bad contacts in the k2, or maybe S1. But a bad contact someplace. Will look at schematic when I get home. Working on my 2017 Apple schnapps run. Looking good!

If the set will not turn over with the S10, then the only possible answer is the K2. Look at the schematic. The S7 can only bypass engine faults. Low oil pressure, over temp, that sort of thing.

Had you showed the pictures in the first message, I would have said then to check out the K1 and K2. Several people are parting out sets, so maybe you can get the top and door. Place an add.
Ok, you have bench tested the K2 relays. Both bad. You CAN take them apart, I seem to remember. You might try that, see if you can get one or both to work again, for testing purposes. But I would get new ones. If the K2's got wet enough for this to happen, you are also going to need to take the...
