There are 3 connectors for the headlights.
- At the firewall just behind the motor.
- at the rear of the fender right where it meets the cab
- behind the Headlight bucket is a connection bar that separates and distributes power.
They probably used the registration # followed by the serial #. That's 16 but not what all states do. In TN I can give it any vin # I want 4 to 17 digits if it's beyond 15years.

Fuel filters can be FS1212 or FS1000 depending on what micron you want
There is no specific HMMWV LED Headlight. There are several makers and types used by the military so you will have to be specific on which one of the 6 or 7 different types there are you want to use. Most are omnivolt but there are some that are not
Any 7inch 12v light will work. Some amazon ones are cheap but work well. The replacement switch will still overheat even with LEDs on everything. I run thr trucklites with heaters since i can get them from any truck parts place
