Fan clutch not working and making noise after replacing actuator

I can't seem to find the bolts in a parts TM. I have the NSN's from a couple different bolts from the TM that may be the ones, but when I Google the NSN, I can't find any extra info about them. Thanks for your help!

Fan clutch not working and making noise after replacing actuator

My shutter stat/fan clutch actuator on my M925A2/8.3 went bad and wasn't engaging my fan. I tested the fan clutch and when I put air to the fan clutch it kicked right on. I tried to rebuild the original actuator and that didn't work. So I ordered a new actuator and hooked it up with new fittings...

How to tell where my M925A2 was stationed?

I was just getting ready to post that I googled that and figured it out. Thanks for the help! Still curious about the other numbers and to see if there's a way to tell if my truck has been deployed or not.

How to tell where my M925A2 was stationed?

Awesome, thank you! Is there anyway to tell if the trucks have been deployed and brought back, or if they stayed here at home? I see now that the 1200 CSSB is the unit where it was - what does the CSSB stand for? (I will try to Google that first). Any thought on what the numbers on the driver's...

How to tell where my M925A2 was stationed?

Tried searching, but wasn't able to find anything. Is there anyway to tell where my M925A2 was stationed or where it served by the markings on the bumpers? On the passenger side front bumper it says: 1200CSSB and on the driver's side front bumper is says: 2025T 123. Just curious as to where the...

M923 transfer case handle shorting out

I'm not sure about a fuse of any kind, however I have had this issue. A week ago or so, I was out at night, and when attempting to shift from low to high I saw a bright spark. I haven't had a chance to investigate it yet. I notices the lever was grounding out on the little "roller" sensor for...

    m939 fan clutch actuator

Thanks for your help! I had the truck out this weekend mostly idling and low rpm crusing through mud - about 800 rpms or so, never moving over a couple miles an hour. My gauge got as high as 230-240, but the truck showed no signs of overheating. I locked the fan in with the two docked bolts like...

    m939 fan clutch actuator

Did you ever get this figured out? I have the 8.3 and my fan is not coming on. I am not sure how to tell if it is the fan clutch or the air actuator. I will try to find the actuator and take it apart and clean it and see if the fan comes on after that.
