Racky, just an fyi. When you go to order the copper insulator gasket 110-0419. Onan calls it a fuel cap gasket. Why i have no idea. Maybe it was dual purpose at one time. I have a dozen of both gaskets sitting in front of me so i can 100% confirm they are the right ones.

Yes i got the cooling fins off all 4 of mine. Gotta clean them up a bit from what i remember. A slight buildup of carbon and they get tight. If your are really tight just heat the fins with a torch and work them back and forth to loosen them up.

Yeah harley it looks like that other one you have goes inside the injector itself. Under the main cap.

0149 is the copper ring in the head. 110-0546 is the glow plug gasket

110-0419 is the copper insulator gasket. 147-0043 is the other gasket. Its a thicker fiber one
