Deuce vs. Tree That Fell On Fire House

Post em here, since I'm reading this one. Great story - keep up the good work.

Camo ain't supposed to look purty. Just keep it flat.

    Hubsteps for Deuces

I've seen some on a truck and its more for looks in my opinion. As a step you need something to grab onto, unless your acrobatic. They do have a mean look.

    Deuce workout

Nice work. I really like my dropside too. It sure makes unloading everything easier - trees in particular. How did you manage the electrical on the trailer?

    Lucas oil additive

Gotta say I'm with stumps on this one. What could it hurt to do a little testing to verify all the claims. It would be a lot more productive than arguing. Now, just out of curiosity which block heater will be more effective when using Lucas additives.:-D

A Electric Deuce, in a DUMBS (Deep Underground Military Base)?

I found evidence of a similar creature snooping around inside my trucks. They must be planning something big!

I am going to look at my first Deuce on Sunday......

Give some more details on your prospect truck. I can't see that the deuce will be a problem on your drive as far as weight - it is dispersed on 10 tires. I have a truck with greater weight on 6 tires and haven't had any problems on quite a bit of new construction. Keep us posted on your find.

    Deja Vu/Time Warp?

I have yet to pass another m35 on the road - but I'm sure I'd have the same reaction.

Need infor from Indiana deuce owners

I just finished reading that exact same thing. I'm wondering what the restrictions on use are if any.

Need infor from Indiana deuce owners

I bought my three deuce trucks out of Sparta WI and drove them home. It takes about a month to get the paper work cleared and another month to get a title (FL). I haven't seen any available in Indianapolis for a long time. I did get 2 m105 trailers from there. Some of the private party trucks...

I bought a extra bed and troop seats from him. Nice guy to deal with. His trucks always look really good - I don't know what he does to them mechanically though. A guy not to far from me (NE IN) just bought a pretty good winch truck out of Ohio for 4k. He had to add a heater though.

C&C equipment in Unionville sells bobbed trucks - he may sell regular ones too. What features are you looking for in deuce?

First Deuce - Picked It Up Today

I bought a fuel can from Deuceman on here. It seems like quite a few people get the tools for the rack locally and customize to fit. I found some additional fuel cans from a guy locally. You will find that all the other MV crazies will be drawn out when they see your truck in operation.:-)

GL Employee Damages My M1009 & Insists I Pick It Up

If you haven't all ready, I'd get plenty of pictures of he damage, and leave the truck on the lot for sure.

The lady at the BMV that was helping me said you can get antique plates but there is no difference in the cost. It just says antique. She even checked with her supervisor. It was the Auburn branch - home of a lot of classic cars - so if they didn't tell me correctly thats pretty irritating. I...

Need infor from Indiana deuce owners

I got my insurance through State Farm. Basic liability ran about $385/yr. I plated mine at 20K. Deuce is almost 14K by itself, that leaves room for 3 ton load. Duece is rated at 5 ton on road, so you could do a 23K plate also for more $. The 20k plate is $275, the 23k is $405.

    Poll

The black one looks like it will dent and scratch too easily plus I'm not big on chrome. I vote the Unimog #1 - H1 #2 (my step dad had an H1 and it got keyed quite a few times - lota haters out there).

I have always emailed both DL, export letter and EUC. I was told the DL needs to be in color. On my first one I had to resend the DL.
