    checked voltage at socket once with a power probe hooked to the battery and the second time i checked it was with a volt meter using the sockets ground terminal.

    Do you know where I should check to correct the voltage. Do yo know where the voltage actually steps down from 24 volts to 12 volt at ?

    I'm pretty sure the headlight is burned out I have new 12 volt headlights i cant find 24 volt to fit but i thought this truck only had 24 volts for starting and the rest of the truck was 12 volts. Sorry I should have mentioned that in the first post. So I'm not sure if I should keep pursuing 24...

    I pulled the headlight out and I'm getting 24 volts at the plug. I have tried several times to switch from high to low beams and still get nothing.

    All lights work except the headlights no high beams or low beams. I checked the voltage at the plug and I'm getting about 24 volts. New to the cucv m1009 never had a military truck before and I'm not sure what i should check first any help would be great, thanks
