    Those locks are cheap enough to replace, typically about $5 each with keys in the surplus stores around here, so cutting the hasp and buying another lock is financially viable. I really prefer to get them open and re pin them to an existing key though, I like to re-use whenever possible.

    Slipping works on a 5200 according to the video. 5200 w/chain sell for $12 in new condition in the surplus stores in Killeen, I don't recall if they have any keyed alike.

    Look on YouTube for "5200 lock" and you will find a video on "slipping", it's away to use a shim to get into the lock via the hasp, once in they can be re-keyed.
