    defense and safety while traveling

    Up here in Wisconsin I'm pretty sure we can carry a hand gun in plain view but a fella up here tested the law and scared some people just by having it in plain view and the cops interviened. So I suppose we can openly carry but be prepared to get police involment instantly. Oh well.
