    I'm in Tn, I've used Nationwide (expensive) and JC Taylor (cheap, but not for everyday use, and must be garaged). I think that doing as the farmer suggests requires the posting of a title bond. I dunno about getting a SF-97. How long ago did he buy them? If I were uncle sam, I'd sure not...
