    LOGSA access?

    Before going into the site, go to tools in upper right of your browser screen. Then Internet Options. Then the advanced tab. Then scroll all the way down. Ensure your TLS 1.0 is checked. Not sure how I found out about this---but what do I know. I don't know Jack...or Jill for that matter...
