Seeing Papa Bear dance swan lake in his red tutu in the moonlight would be more reality than most sane people could stand......but then again we are talking about a group of MV addicts camped out in the woods together.:cookoo:rofl
Check GL Redstone...they are selling them in lots of 2 (101's and 105's).
Everywhere else seems to be selling them one per lot.
You might get two for the price of one......you can always sell the springs off the extra to someone doing a bob job.
The subject of Steelsoldiers and you clowns never came up.
That phone number is burning a hole in my pocket.
At least the deuce is rated for her weight.
What Gimp said.
Did you get mil filters or aftermarket?
The gaskets on civy filters seldom fit the grooves in the canister housing properly.
That's one reason I am switching to Westfolk's spin on filter kits on all my trucks.
Once you got all the filters changed did you crack the bleeder...
When I went to register the M915 the little round gal in the DMV office remembered me from registering a couple of deuces.
She asked if I had it outside and I said yep.
She said she had to check the VIN and I said no prob.
She came out from behind the counter and she was wearing a lot less...
"911 operator....what's your emergency?"
Dufus D. Driver. "Some sumbitch just stole my loaded flatbed semi-trailer while I was.....errrrr.....eating lunch".
911 "Where was this trailer stolen from Sir?"
Dufus...."Right next to Mabels' cathou..........errrr right next to the Wendy's on...
You poor wretch....you are headed down the slippery slope of MV addiction with Vaseline under your skis.
Welcome to the Green Iron Loony Bin:cookoo:.......our motto......"we doin' need no stinking support group".

I carried one for years when I drove a Freightliner with a Detriot in it (not that I ever ran it out of fuel:roll:).
Did you check to see if there was a king pin collar on the trailer so no one could back up under it.
I would say that dropping that load in an unsecured area could not only get a driver fired but also a cellmate in Levenworth that would rub him like a lamp and call him Genie.
I'd hate to...
I don't think actually pulling it on flat ground would be the issue....it is all rolling weight....the issue would be stopping it.
If they had intervehicular air lines connected so they could use the HETT's brake system they would prob be OK.
Would the HEMMT pull it up a serious grade.....and...
When I was stationed at Fort Benning, GA somebody in the Command decided that since we had a transportation unit in 36th Group that we should convoy out to Fort Irwin, CA for a NTC rotation.
I got to drive a M915 which will run with the big rigs.....unfortunatly our Convoy Commander (a 2nd LT)...
That's a nice "Cornbinder" you got it hooked to.
To the best of my foggy recollection most units that had a good supply Sgt. just ordered a civilian camper shell and painted it green (or camo if needed).
The good thing about the Dodges is that they have the 318 in them and you can squeeze a...
The last Freightshaker I drove had the 60 Series Detriot in it.....just a Cat painted green....that engine would drop down to 1300 RPM and just keep pulling....I pulled HAZMAT, including tankers, and I flat out loved that engine.
When the company got bought out I had a chance to buy the truck...
