The difference between Diagram #2 and Diagram #3 is the fact that Diagram #3 shows the status of the LED‘s after the Generator has been successfully started.
this fact is described in the status box in Diagram #3 as:
(S1) ECS: Prime Run at Speed
“at Speed” implies here that the Generator has...
Then you compare the diagram in respect to the LED statuses and note any difference between of what you see in your cubicle and the diagram after you set all switches as indicated in the status box of the diagram
Now let’s take a closer look of the Status Box in Diagram #2
It says:
(S3) Master Switch: On
(S1) ECS: Prime & Run
Engine stopped (implying we have not started the Generator yet)
(S10) Dead Crank Switch: Normal

The TM’s explain in detail of what this function does and what it is there for.
The S10 switches fail, the associated wiring harness can have fractures, burned and frayed wires etc etc...

Can you please explain this in more detail?
Normally, a engine turns over when it is cranked
If a engine does not turn over then the the engine is not cranking
This is not so much about getting paid, but rather the complexity of the system.
1. Is the S10 Dead Crank Switch currently in "Normal" Position and not in "oFF"?
2. When CIM has booted, does the Genset Crank when you place and hold the S10 Dead Crank Switch in "Crank" Position
If Genset...
