    Odd 12 bolt wheel and tire run flat styles?

    Put "new" tires on a 2008 hmmwv with 4 12 bolt rims without locating holes. Found it fascinating that the rubber run flats were 2 piece (broken?) and one of the rims had the valve stem welded in. Is this something odd? Never saw any info on 2 piece rubber run flat inserts or a 12 bolt rim...
