With the 300140 kit on hand, I now have all the seals, springs balls and gaskets to rebuild the AHU cab/spare tire air over hydraulic pump.

Yes they cost, but there is nothing better out there IMO. That is a 12+ year battery. and they clock in better then 90lbs. They have pretty wide selection of sizes as well

Well yesterday i received the tracking number for my 23 part kit, cost 76$ from MRO Hydraulic..part number 300140. see a couple posts above for inventory.

So tonight I decided to put power to the box..I will be dam,everything powered up..even the fans.
Well one thing did not power up, the crank pencil sharpener under upper panel between outlets and switches..
but at least its labeled:-P
For sure not carc..but a heck of alot easier on the lungs. And clean up was so simple.
Later I am going to try 383 green rustoleum like Sean Filner/Able build did with tan..I hear that is pretty tough

I stopped at HD and picked up a gallon of the 383 green. And also made a stop at harbor freight and picked up the 9 dollar HVLP..results
