The rangers have closed the road until further notice due to the rains. They wont open it until the rains have stopped and the road deemed safe.

I called the ranger station this morning, but the road to the wood is still closed because of rains, and they arent sure when it will open. When it opens, we do need saws. Most of the logs are 18-24 inch across and 12 + feet long

Is there a saturday or sunday in the next few weeks that works for everyone to get wood? I'll make a pre-run tomorrow to make sure theres still wood.

If it would stop raining on the weekends we could go get more wood.

It's not on purpose Jon. I for one would love to go to Tower Park, but I would guess it to be a 8 hr ride to get there in a Deuce. Most of the attendees at Dirtbag show up fri am, I would guess the most likely reason is that those folk either cant get more time off work or cant afford to take...
