I have run out of storage space and don't want to keep it outside so, it is up for sale https://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?173109-Seabee-TFK-250-Tactical-Field-Kitchen-trailer
(Note, the pictured tires were actually from my M101A1 trailer and were sold on the small bodied 1960 Pioneer Tool trailer)
I was thinking, as I tried to repair the rust I could get valuable practice welding because I don't require the trailer to look perfect.
Question: For all...
Just in case you change your mind. Here are a couple of pics of an MKT-99 (Mobile KitchenTrailer). I'm sure a smoker will fit in there.......somewhere. They also pull good behind a Deuce.
Edmonton Airshow 2017
Turns out Goose is a girly truck. We sure had some beautiful ladies turn up at the airshow. If they weren't climbing in Goose, they were riding the bus.
The flags were perky all weekend, worse on Friday night and Saturday, calming a tiny bit Sunday. We set up 10'x10'...
Since it doesn't have its own thread, and my M105A2 is exclusively used with my deuce and a half, I guess I'll talk about it too in this thread.
I just finished installing the M103 chassis shocks. I purchased these used from Big Mike's in October 2015. They came from a mobile kitchentrailer...
Ok folks, sorry this took so long. I like to try and put these threads out about 6 months before the event, but it just didn't happen this year. Also, yes, I will pressure our videographer to finish editing all the 2016 footage. He does this for free and it's hard for me to really lean on him...
Ok, first off I'd like say... I really wish there was a separate category just for our camper builds since there are so many and I really don't know where it is supposed to go!! Ok, rant done lol
Now on to the meat and taters! My end goal for my 934A2 is to hold a 20' ISO shipping container on...
New info on trailer status. work to be performed next week i hope.
1. I like the all tan look of the trailer but its missing something - Oh yes an American Army Star on both sides in black.
2. Solar panel up on top with tilt adjustable bracket.
3. 1500W inverter with remote on/off button
4...
Due to shoulder surgery I had to put the trailer away this spring. Now that I am a little more mobile and capable of working on the trailer I'll be adding a few more mods.

You can see cars with Canada plates all over the place in Florida every winter.
It's been a while since I visited FL, but I imagine that still holds true.
I couldn't tell you why, but apparently there are plenty of Canadians who don't mind long drives.
Ah yes, that was probably the couple that was at the show. They drove quite a ways. They had converted that trailer into a camper, complete with a bed, kitchen, and even a shower inside. Very well done rig. Funny you seeing them. I guess you don't see a rig like that going down the everyday though.
Humidity at 60%, what is this nonsense! A very humid day in Utah is 35% haha.
After growing up in Texas and spending a year in Florida, I give people a funny look or choke on my beer when people complain about the heat and humidity here hahaha.
Sleeping for how many people Csm Davis?
Good luck on your camper project!
I bought a m373 trailer out of WR
A couple years ago intending to start another camper project, only to discover that someone put 120 steel screws through the top of the roof into the wood roof supports, all those screws although originally sealed, rusted and...

I'm planning on a Rhino Rack Foxwing canopy that will cover one side and the back of the trailer. No sleeping inside the shelter as that will have the water tank, water heater, some type of pull out kitchen, and storage for all the other paraphernalia.
I'm anxious to get started but need to...
With that shelter, there is a lot of storage space in the void in front and behind of the wheel wells on both sides. You could mount panels like side tail gates that could be lowered to be used as a kitchen counter on one side with the stove, dutch ovens, other kitchen equipment stored in the...
Laws vary from State to State on the registration requirements for vehicle to be considered a 'RV'.
Some people think that throwing a cot in a trailer is 'calling it good' to change their registration from a commercial vehicle to a recreational vehicle - but it won't fly.
The typical...
Exactly the style I'll be going for. I want to take an M1101 trailer and not alter it, but will use it by building completely removable, deployable fixtures to drop into the trailer. My only real baseline tenants to it is that it needs to be rain resistant, anything sensitive is secured in a...
Thanks and thanks for the pictures!
I'm using my Chevy S10 to pull it. I'm not worried cuz I pulled a kitchentrailer 450 miles with it and it pulled nice! My stretch of road doesn't have any mountains though.
