I put my Pinion seal back together, blew the vent out, and checked the fluid level and it was a bit over full. The other 2 axles were at the correct level but we're holding pressure. I cleaned and blew them out, but tomarrow I'll be replacing them all and doing a remote vent for them all...

A 2 1/4 in socket is needed to remove the Pinion nut. You can't move it with a hammer and drift. The flange popped right off with nothing but hand pressure and a little tap with the hammer. The piece that hold the seal is nothing but a sheet metal cover. Don't hit it with a hammer. Pry it off...

I got the Pinion seal pulled out of the front side of the intermediate axle. Clean up tomarrow and reinstall hopefully. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
