You know, what probably happened was that a piece of moth wing was stuck to the ring and it was the same color as the metal and the Commander did not see it. I would be shocked if alcohol was involved. :whistle:
Boy, those new hubs sure look purty! Sometime you forget how nice new stuff looks. Too bad you didn't post pictures of the undercarriage. We could have pointed out that spot you missed. rofl
I noticed that photos of the underside of the chassis are noticeably absent. I guess you have been devoting all your time to the trailer mount. Either way, the work is up to your usual standard.
Today I went 15 rounds with the front bumper. The used bumper was in horrible shape so it required substantial body work with is not my strong suit. Installed the mounting brackets to the frame but had numerous problems getting all the holes to lined up due to a incorrect front frame spacing...
Been working on the fenders and lighting this week. After getting the passenger side fender re-shaped I installed the welting on the fenders and then installed the fenders, hood side panel bumpers and lights. Next post will deal with the bumper install.
