Cranetruck, while it may appear to be an error, my 120 psi gauge (purchased from White Owl Trucks) connects just like the PM in order to function. Not sure why but that is how it is. Maybe the manufacturer read the PM :-D
Doghead, I did what you suggested and made a note of the spider harness connections to each gauge. I tried this with my 120 psi gauge and it did not work. I reversed the connections for the 27 wire (spider) and the 36 wire from the sender. Voila, it worked and I do indeed have oil pressure...
The problem I have is that they were flip flopped between the 60 and 120 gauges. At least that is what I remember. I check under the dash again.

I replaced my 60 psi oil pressure gauge with a 120 psi. I must confused as to the wire connections. Does the #27 wire (from the spider harness) go to the ribbed connector of the smooth connector?

Thanks Seth. You have ruined my week but all is not lost. I installed my bed months ago and there is no clearance problem between the open hook and the bed frame. I will probably leave it as is because you are right. It would be a real task to change now.

Here are two shots of the muffler grill treatment I added on my Donaldson. I removed the stock grill and re-sized it and tacked it to the muffler. Gives the appearance of a stock grill somewhat.
Thanks for the replies. I have installed a fuse block to drive my accessories and needed to know the been fuse rating to handle the dome light. I am using 14 ga. wire from the fuse block to the light and was not considering an internal fuse in the light. It has two bulbs so I assume a 5 amp...
