Here's some information I had trouble finding.
Brake line tee mounted on the frame rail above the master cylinder: 7373254
Brake line tee on the front axle: 7773252
Brake line tee between rear axles (the one that goes from the hard line to the two soft lines): 7373251
As far as I can tell none...
That's how I did it except I used Right Stuff sealant instead of cork in the keyway. No need to stick to 1970s tech when we have something modern that works better IMO.
A better way to go is go to google and type in: brake linings site:steelsoldiers.com
That only gives you stuff from this forum and works much better than the search here.
Have you considered getting a used pump and keeping your busted one for a future rebuild? I picked up one rebuilt pump and one pulled off a running truck for <400 each over the last couple years.
If no matter what you do with the brake adjusters you can't get the gap down to .010 on the lower side of the shoes is it new drum time? I'm having this issue on one of my axles and I've replaced pretty much everything else.
I clipped this vent (i think) line at the air pack and like a dummy didn't take a picture or write down how it runs along the frame. Could one of you guys take a look at your trucks and help me out?
Here's a picture of the line I'm talking about. http://imgur.com/tduUy46
EDIT: Looking over...
I wouldn't be so sure about that. I flew over Moscow last week in my M35 and even their s400 system couldn't get a radar lock. Must have been that paint stuff!
Does anyone sell replacements for the lower adjusters and the C clips that hold the shoes on? Mine are a bit loose and bending them back into shape doesn't seem to do much.
Also has anyone put a flat washer under the lockwasher on the back of the adjusters? When I removed mine they dug into...
What kind of fitting did you use to go from the inverted flare to the stainless steel hose in that first picture? I'm trying to do something similar but can't find a fitting that has a male inverted flare on one end and something like NPT or JIC on the other end.
