I believe most folks do not and never will have this type of horrible experience.

My experience with Jeep Care has been similar. It is all but impossible to return parts ordered from Mopar online or get warranty service once corporate gets involved. Very disappointing, fortunately we have not had serious issues—

Some posts are discussing using an older ECU unit which requires modification in newer trucks.
In post #98 the schematic for M1078A1 appears to show 24v optionally from H or Z, with M unused. What the schematic doesn't make clear is how or if the options access the different programs—
A newer Jeep without the round red "Trail Rated" badge on the driver's front quarter panel it is not factory set up for off road use. In my experience most, not all, but most folks who build their own 'off road' versions do so poorly—

I don't think we have any suggestions. We used Dynamat Xtreme under the doghouse in the engine compartment, then added Dyna Core under that next to the engine. We have also added Dynamat Xtreme to the interior cab walls, ceiling, and door panels.
Right now we can hold a conversation, though...
