well, thats good for you. But if people want to drink and have a good time, they should be allowed to. For some of us, it's the only chance to hang out with people we only see once a year. If your not buying a vendor's spot, then you have no right to bash thoes who do drink.

If you do the research, you can get a "standalone" controller for $500 or less. If you run a bouman controller, you can tune it the way you want it and for a great price (a few guys on 4btswaps run them and love them) the torque converter for the 4l80 is already a 6bolt converter and mounts up...

A good cheap body lifts were Hockey pucks with a hole drilled in them, they were a really hard rubber and didnt squeek or rattle. Also, if you run the 4bt-chevy adapter, you have to run a 6 bolt torque converter, and after doing my swap, that 8* of tilt really ain"t that much.

I'm very happy with it, too bad the truck has 4:10's because it has the same top speed as a deuce. But gets there quick!
