Nope. Its not. There should be a data plate on the equipment showing the NSN. National Stock Number.

I am sorry, but that is not normal. The amount of oil coming out of the dip stick tube in way too much. And yes, these engines are, according to the TM's, to be checked both stopped and running. So there is some kind of problem.

Ray may have something concerning TM error. Has anyone compared the work passage of the MEP-002A and the MEP-003A? Sometimes it was right in one TM and in the other wrong. Would be easy enough to check.

Yeah, it sounds more like a cold solder now. A cold solder can show you the right volts. But will not pass amps.
