M1008's dont have ball joints. Check all the steering components for slop. It they are bad, replace them, if not, grease them.

I love it when a plan comes together like that. When i bring home a truck like that my wife shakes her head and says, "Whell, I guess I'm not gonna see you for a couple weeks again." Good job Gerry!
