The M116A2 trailer has a surge brake assembly. Does anyone have the civillian replacement part # for the small shock absorber on the surge brake?

There were/are round and square ones out there. The I saw a Canadian 416 trailer with the round back plate. I have the square back plates on my truck and 105 trailer.

2000 hrs weather update from John Tennis. The roads are clear he and the boys are having dinner. The storm blew over. In wilmington it's 34 and light rain and the roads are clear shoulder to shoulder. See you all there.

I have a set with the proper cord that I may wnat to part with to help fund my next mule project. They are both NOS except for chipped paint from handling them.

I purchased a pair of zipperless axle boots 1 year ago from Teds Truck Parts and promptly installed them. The installation is a little more involved than installing the zipper style and I will not go into the process. I would reccomend installing them only if you are willing to strip the axle...

I needed more head room in my deuce. The air actuated wiper motors were always in my line of vision. I removed the spring and cut it down by one coil. Then I found the electric wiper kit and that made it better!

There is an article I wrote a few months ago comming out in the next issue of MVM on this subject.

John, Did you happen to take some pictures of this event?

Of the 2 types of air packs for the deuce there is a kit for the longer style available. Does anyone know if there is a specific kit for the newer style shortened air chamber air pack? Where can I get one? Part number? Thanks Guys!
