Here's a few folks you could try (but you'll see what Chucky meant about prices):
https://www.globalxvehicles.com/ <--they made the $1..5M truck in the pic with mine

I've never understood why none of the camper manufacturers ever came out with a drop-on solution.
Certainly enough trucks in the wild to test the waters. If they can build a 14' trailer for $25K they should be able to sell a reinforced one one w/ wheels in that same price range. Slap...
Do you already have a truck?
Most of the venders either sell DIY habitats or turn key campers.
There are a number of places in the EU that build habs. A few folks have talked about it here in the states, but most end up selling complete rigs.
And there are some turn--key...
Pretty much this^
Here's a $1.5M RV vs a $20K RV
*mine's the cool one w/o the chandeliers and butler (goes the same places and then some, I can sleep inside, cook meals, take a shower, use the head, work at the computer, and I have $1,480,000 left to hire some really pretty dates...
Some states have cracked down on people registering their "luxury" vehicles out of state to avoid paying property and luxury taxes in their resident state. So in that aspect, if you were paying a pile of taxes to your resident state, then register the vehicle in another state to...
I can attest that it is in fact a legal alternative.
Basically, most states require that you register your motor vehicle in the state you reside (typically within 30 days of purchase or moving to a state). A "company car" can be registered in the state the "company" resides...
You might also consider starting an LLC in a more "friendly" state.
Company vehicle. Leased to yourself. Add the LLC as "also covered" on the insurance.

Cheaper than a new home...

Good question.
I *think* it's the ECM. Like all the diagnostic stuff, mileage can be checked from the diag port (and read from the ECM). But honestly, I don't know.
I bet @GeneralDisorder or @Ronmar can confirm.
True, but...it's a bit of a personal taste (and highly dependent on just how radically you intend to " send it" with your RV/big rig. While a little bolster is certainly good, too much can be limiting.
IMO, these trucks are enough of a climb to get in/out of with just cushy flat...
Any of a number of take-off or aftermarket seats can be modified to fit.
I found a pair of new/take-off second row minivan seats for $50 locally.
BAE did eventually address the "sitting on a brick wall seat" issue. The original S&S seats had a metal plate at the base of the foam (any...
As Geo said, I'd keep that secondary cooler. Relocate it into the frame. Your trans will live longer.
I actually got one NOS at auction a few years back. It's going on the M1079 when I eventually pull the shelter to paint the frame and a few other tasks.
But if you d delete it, save...
It is a fact. The ASME rates stands "per pair" (or at least have in recent memory).
"Jack Stands made after 2015 are always rated as a pair. Meaning 6-ton jack stands are individually rated to hold a maximum of 3-tons. They are also only rated when used as a pair together."
Oddly, some...
