By all means gold leaf that pot [thumbzup]. And add a fuzzy lid cover too!!!!
Happy Birthday Ray!!! You having a party this weekend? Oddball007 and I will come over and help you celibrate!
I took a paint sample off my Tan M818 to Home Depot and got the current version of the Behr Premium Plus ultra flat paint. I just got the small sample can of paint to try out. The sample paint chip came from the right side engine access cover. When the truck was repainted they painted the rubber...
True, the outdoor tap would need to be removable....
Are you going to have surround sound? Maybe a TV mount on the outside for those evening screenings of classic movies.
Have you come up with your holding tanks yet?
Looking good Ray.
Where's the big screen TV and the beer miser? I would think the beer miser would also have an outdoor tap too. You don't want a bunch of drunks stumbling through your palace and spilling beer in the floor!
Wasn't there any good looking stewardesses on that plane for Elmo to snuggle up with for pictures? I'm sure he would have been the life of the party !
That's what I was planning to do for the TPV jwaller. Thanks for confirmation that the service line on the front will act as a parking brake when supplied with air.
73m819, you use the service (blue) on the front. I don't remember which side.
Thanks to everyone for all the help.
Ray
It would be great if you can find the post jwaller. It sounds like you did exactly what I want to do. I think I know what to do; it's just easier to ask before reinventing the wheel.
Autocar, the primary purpose of the mod is to have a tractor protection valve. Thanks for your link. Having a...
I want to add a tractor protection valve to my M818. I searched and have not come up with anything on the subject. I think jwaller installed one in his M818 but I didn't find anything written up about it.
I know how the red valve would control the trailer air through the tractor protection...
I think the spare on the tractor would be good enough for me. You have plenty of other "spares" when you think about it.
Are you going to have the M146 ready for the GA rally?
Holy Crap Batman!!!! If my bathroom looked like that I would be spending all my waking monents in there!!![thumbzup] That's nice Ray. Keep the pictures coming!
RAYZER is probably watching ODDBALL007 so close everytime he is over that he can't take pictures.
Ray, just wrap a roll of duct tape around that throne and take some pictures.[thumbzup]:grd:
I had insurance on both of my trucks when I drove them home. That and your paid in full invoice or bill of sale should be all you need.
Make sure you call your insurance company and you tell them what it is. I sent mine (State Farm) pictures of my deuce so there was no confusion. Most...
If the air line is the same as a deuce, just bring a 1/4" pipe plug and remove the gauge hose at the firewall manifold and install the pipe plug. I had to do that when I recovered my deuce because the hose to the air pressure gauge leaked.
Cheers,
Ray
When I first got my M818, the master switch didn't always turn off when switched off. I started turning the master switch off first (which also shuts off the engine), so I would know if it didn't turn off. Then I turn off the engine run/start switch.
I guess I could have looked at the gauges...
