A few years back at Nellis AFB they were drilling holes in the axle housings of CUCV's to drain them . There is a thread or 2 with pictures . So I would never assume anything about a drained truck. GL contractors destroying cucv's Vehicle drained

Nope Deuce without a trailer or load , the front bridge plate would change.

It looks like it's not the first time this year. Deuce won't build air pressure when cold... No solution to the problem in this thread posted , so it may or may not be related.

Put a block heater on it.

I wouldn't consider sitting on top of the front axle a "creature comfort" , at least it wasn't in any of the cabovers I drove .
