Wix 33348 canister cartridge comes with the top large diameter o-ring. The pair of small rubber washers/gaskets that go around the bolt are Wix 15398. RockAuto has those pretty reasonable.

I believe it's AN-5, which is a 37° flared fitting compatible with 5/16" JIC.
