Shelf life
Both kits were missing the same 3 incidentals:
- Sealing, Compound (Permabond LM012)
- Sealant, Silicone, High Temperature (Loctite 59630 or RTV106)
- Grease, Low Temperature (AeroShell 33MS or 64)
Apparently, those 3 items had exceeded their shelf life and were stripped from...

Wix 33348 canister cartridge comes with the top large diameter o-ring.
The pair of small rubber washers/gaskets that go around the bolt are Wix 15398. RockAuto has those pretty reasonable.
Agreed. There is a huge difference between pictures that don't match the item, and them refusing to turn over the actual item you paid for. That feels like fraud or theft. I hope they make it right for you and everyone else in this mess.
Before bidding there are a few things I look for in pictures from GL, GP, etc.:
1) Look for a picture that shows the event & lot numbers (often the last picture)
2) Look for a picture of the data plate (includes the serial number)
3) Look for a picture of the hour meter
