sorry but there is not enough surface area in the intake for a significant effect compared to an intercooler. There are many many vehicles with coolant running through the intake and even without that most until recently used aluminum or pot metal castings that conduct the engine heat better...

heck, I've had a 1" wratchet strap (not used for towing or snatching, just tiedown) put a hole through my liscence plate when it let go. stored energy can be pretty dangerous.

fuel without oxygen is useless, you need both. if an engine is running properly (not short on either) then the only way to get more power is by adding both more fuel and more air (or reducing power lossed to friction or heat, but no need to get into that)

Talked to a helpful woman on the phone this morning and she informed me that they have a new policy in place as of about a week ago. They will email you on day 6 with a status if your euc was recieved or not so that you can follow up. I guess they don't want to be bothered prior to that.

how about a catch can with an air vent that goes up to the cab. no need for a valve, the catch can will collect all fluids fording or not fording. you just have to check the fluid level inthe catch can ocassionally and drain when necessary. This also lets you know how much fluid you are...

parallel works for me, I preffer hanging filters. Time to warm up the milling machine and check mcmaster and summitracing for a few parts

anybody know if the oil filters are run in parallel (higher flow) or series (higher filtration)? I want to remote locate them and if they are done in parallel then one could be blocked off and only run two lines from the other to a twin relocation adaptor.
