the Unicor dist panel has 480v 3 phase delta input and 480v 208v 120v outputs. May have the 240 too

CIM on my L3 MEP806B flickers some time bright then sometimes very dim. I have a question of bringing up the 208/416 voltage to 480 and using a Unicor 15KVA power distribution panel to have the 120v single 208 3 phase and 480 3 phase for robot motors. any thoughts?

Anyone know how the oil routes thru crane control valve allowing boom elevating cylinders to retract?
