I had a 82 civy blazer with a 6.2 and it ran alot better at half than full, just a 6.2 thing I think. I just but a 6.2 in my 95 gmc with 6.5 heads and turbo now that woke that 6.2 up lol
Not to stir the pot, BUT it seems that every time someone asked a previously asked question people jump on them for it and reply with search search search. If will all searched previous threads what would we have to talk about? I think folks would be better served to just answer the question...
I like using semi truck batteries in them they have 3/8 studs on them I just unbolt the cables ends on the truck and the cables eyes will bolt right to the studs. They are cheaper than duece batteries and last longer than car batteries.
If you wanna check it to make sure its close Line the balancer up with the zero mark or tdc #1 and line the mark up on the IP with the mark on the front housing which it should be already and thats your base timing. Thats how you static time it, if you want it dynamic timed or with the engine...
My 77 m35a2 had the strait 3053 in it at first but it decided it was retired. I replaced it with a B model trans. From Internet searches I knew the ratios where different and it was in my mind during the swap, but in real world driving I could not tell any difference in the two.
Find a 599 6.2 block and add the 6.5 turbo with the mechanical IP best set up there is. Just look out for injector length the older 6.2 they have long injectors and they wont clear the turbo, but the last three military 599 motors I had already had the 6.5 heads on them I assume they did this so...

I don't know who made but the button is the wiper park, when you shut them off they will drift down you simply push the button in and it locks them in place. It should pop out when air is applied sometimes they are a bit sticky I just move the wiper by hand a little.
Well, back when I first got a CDL I was driven a 1979 Pete cabover with what was suppose to be a 435hp 8v92 silver motor, but I think it was around 100hp. I tried everything to get that motor to pull. Anyhow I would make 1 trip a day from Circleville Ohio to Akron Ohio up 71 on the little...
Had a hammer break like that few years back went in above my wrist hit the bone and went 8"s up my arm,and its still in there little bigger than a pea.
I charge $ 1.50 round trip or $3.50 one way for a standard flatbed load a step deck .25 cents more a mile. wide loads start at $4.00 plus permits. and can go as high as $10.00 plus escorts if needed and permits. Nine times outa 10 a backhaul is a waste of time as far as makin money and I think...
Is it a K model Insley, does it have the strait 8 Chyrsler in it. There no nice to run. The have one shipper clutch and you have to dog everything in and out of gear including the boom, no power down on the drum and no house brake. Awful to run LOL
