That looks like a very clean truck! According to David Doyles book International began building the XM41 in early 1951 along with Diamond T. I couldnt find when they stopped producing though, hope this helps.

By the letter of the law, any vehical with three axles over 6000 lbs requires a "B" license. Most of us have our trucks registered as historical and most of us do not have a CDL. If your not hauling anything in back and otherwise obey the law you shouldnt have to worry much . Like Gimpyrobb...

My wifes doctor called, fortunately she has a sprained mcl, no tears !The thought of surgery had her pretty bummed, so she's really relieved she just has to wear a brace for a while! Looks like I'm in for sure now
