I just put a different air pak on. it is a older style. I added some oil and vented the air at the air pak. then drove the truck around. No pedal so I pumped it about ten time and got some pedal. I drove it a bit more and tried the brakes and they worked, but were very hard to press the pedal...
Mine does not swivel, but I did flip it over to match the hitch on my suburban.
i loosened the nut, slid it forward, rotated it 180, slid it back and tightened the nut.
