The best bet is to go into the Salvage Yard Info forum, here on SS. I have never seen "a list" of yards. Other than maybe in Dodge City KS, I can't think of any remotely close to your location. (I'd start saving gas money and head to Jack's in Tucson personally:driver:).
I'd agree, price is high and the truck isn't a dump truck. You'd really need to go over the conversion and make sure it was done right. Is that an AlphaHeaven truck?
Actually, I have the 51 M48 from GA that Clinto and I recovered. But remember the rust free gasser cab I got dropped in WI from the guy in MT? He cut up a M48w/w to deliver me a gasser cab. I had no idea it was a M48 till the "parts" were dropped off.aua
Ser # was M17159 and year was never checked.
Remember, the first GA rally was at the State Park in Helen-no permits required. We did a 10 mile (or so) trail ride down a state trail/road. There's ALOT of state parks just NW of Denver. (BTW-GA will break 100 vehicles this year. I'll throw out a challenge for CO to pass it in 3 years!:D
All right, All right-don't paint the fish! I'm going to Casper to pick up the bed for the M59 and the GMC PTO as soon as I can get ahold of the guy. I just also won a M101A1 at McCoy so i'll be there end of SEP or so. (BTW clean that spray gun).
