WVO = waste vegetable oil OR the oil that has been used by a resturant to fry things in. The two places I'm going to are a BBQ resturant. They fry fish, french fries and hush puppies in theirs and that's it. SO it's fairly clean as most WVO goes. Or at least that's the hope. We will see.
