Best I can tell, the viewer just makes all the links to images and tables function. The data should appear as .pdf format (the .xml links are propagated by the viewer).
So have you looked at the data to see if the .pdfs and images can be accessed?
Not sure of the degree you are looking to keep things OEM/mil-spec, but I was looking at a video of a rig the other day that had larger/square door latches (like those found on external ambulance closet doors). Someone commented today that those were used on late model LMTVs and not some sort...
The 3126 Cat engine is computer injection (vs the 3116 that uses mechanical). HP can be tuned via ECU software on the 3126.

Well, this one was on a certain "Military Vehicle Seller!" FB group (I can PM you if you want the link). But 3/4 ton wheel dollies look to be found from Walmart, Sears, Amazon, etc anywhere from $350-2000.
Heh, yeah you could just stick a Lawrance Hook2 transducer on a pole and know when it's too deep to ford.

I start looking thru a list of HD RV and semi transmission coolers. There's no shortage of them out there and to my knowledge nothing that would make one specific to the Allison.
It's a pretty common add-on for tow packages, so should be lots of reviews available.
I've seen some interesting setups in deuce-and-a-halves and five-tons. I've not found any examples in LMTVs/FMVs, though. Should be simple enough with some creative cabinetry.
