Best I can tell, the viewer just makes all the links to images and tables function. The data should appear as .pdf format (the .xml links are propagated by the viewer). So have you looked at the data to see if the .pdfs and images can be accessed?

Well, this one was on a certain "Military Vehicle Seller!" FB group (I can PM you if you want the link). But 3/4 ton wheel dollies look to be found from Walmart, Sears, Amazon, etc anywhere from $350-2000.

I start looking thru a list of HD RV and semi transmission coolers. There's no shortage of them out there and to my knowledge nothing that would make one specific to the Allison. It's a pretty common add-on for tow packages, so should be lots of reviews available.
