I really like the star neg/pos stencil on the door - somewhere down the road I might steal that idea from you.
RV roof ac unit - you will need at least a 20 amp breaker to support its 110 load. I have one installed on an M109A3 top of the box.
They do make a low profile but in the long run this may not be what you want to hack a hole in your roof for.
The members above gave you some great info and...
I have a diverter unit that goes in the center of the tunnel at the dash area. The wrong one came in our heater kits wayyyyyy back and I just having it sitting in the garage if anyone can use it. Just pick up UPS on it and it is yours

save ya all a little time over the cab insulation question - check out the thread I posted I have running - it shows the Deuce and 1/2 M109A3 cab of Dinger65's I insulated and I give the link to the supplier of this material - plus he has a demo on there using an kerosene fired heater and the...
At the auto parts shops - they have an ac sealer that inserts just like freon. The costs of these is tremendous as well as on some other models as well.
Try the sealer in light increments and refill back with freon to the required level - you might find this might seal this leak - if not - you...
Mine has the Dometic sealed rv system on the roof of the box - I need no sissyfied ac in the cab - Dinger65 is going to freeze his bahoogies off when I am done with this - cause I might need ice where where are going and he would make a pretty good size frozen fella
M35Tom - great pics and install. I just did not have the luxury to have the front end off the unit - nor did I want to disassembly everythng. Which still - your install works just as well.
With the compressor operational as far as a solid mount - belts aligned - drier installed and heater/ac...
post some pics of your rig on that side - would like to see them and ponder over them - it has not been an easy task figuring this ac retrofit kit out - but eventually I will get there and Dinger65 will have to wear a wool jacket in the Ga summer here to keet warm - I asked how big he liked his...
Exit - - My new ride M109A3 under members rides in the forum.
There are nearly 811 other photo's for your viewing nightmare in there as well that are not ac related - just check out the last several pages of the thread and if you are a glutton for punishment - check out the entire thing -...
may not be up the same issue - but check out the thread I have running with the ac retrofit kit I am installing in Dinger65's M109A3 Shop Van - I have the ac compressor mounted with a litle bit of fabrication work - just waiting on the replacement ac condensor and lines at this time.
Only...
1 - halon inside the box plus a powder in the box plus one in the cab pluis a fully supplied med pac kept in the box. Would not leave home without it.
Its not IF its going to happen - its WHEN it could happen.
[thumbzup] - Honey - its a great way to pick up stuff - you need to give out a few lessons for those guys not having one and trying to talk their beloved into one. That is great and welcome aboard - if the charger is not OD - you don't need it.
They sell those battery operated detectors for gaseous fumes for in your house - maybe you have an undected leak and it is effecting you while you are sleeping - halucinating.
Step out side and sit on the front porch for a while in the fresh air and this should help to clear your thoughts...
