first, the fuel shut off is screwed into the wrong hole. It goes in the top hole. Next, adjust your speeder adjustment so it runs better. Your pic indicates it at no fuel position. Pull it out a bit and try again. If the cable is busted, fix that first. Cool?

Again, get it going as it is supposed to before trying the change.

You will have to do that manually. The first step is get it going so become familiar with what the books say and then we go from there.

Oh the one check was ro measure thru the voltage adjust R1. That puppy is a 10K Ohm POT so you should read around 13K OHMs on that one. Hope the rest helps. If the fuse is OK, it is probably the regulator or a wire issue. The checks will show what is what.

OK, but he measured up to 13+ K ohms so I do not believe it ever worked correctly. None of the 5 thru 15s used a 10K pot for an R1.
