No idea on the weight, but Dexter Axle will have something for a replacement. They are a supplier to the Military. Did you look at the axle tab already? It will have the part number and weight rating, etc.

The engine definitely needs a bath. Car wash with hot water will clean her up nice. Just stay away from alternators.

I would also check the fluid levels in everything else in the truck. Everything.

You can do that with almost zero issues....... But......do not let it sit around for a long time with Prist added to fuel. It does not store well when mixed and will cause fuel system issues.

Put a can of Seafoam additive in your tank and 1 can each the next few tanks. It will clean up dirty injectors and improve the entire fuel system. You might have other issues but the seafoam will not hurt anything.

JP8 an inferior fuel?! ........Hardly JP8 is an excellent fuel and has several additives that aren’t available in the civilian world. Run it all day long without worry.
