    Stuck in gear

    The shift gate is cheap and retightening the set screws made a huge difference because they were all loose. Whoever did it last time didnt understand how the safety wire is supposed to hold the screw from loosening. Now i can feel the gears and it clicks into and out of gears very definitely...

    Stuck in gear

    Heres a pic of me at 2am trying to figure out why i got stuck in 5th gear. Ive since replaced the worn out sliding shift gate and tightened/safety wired the set screws. Also replaced all the syncros while i had it apart.

    Also a loop handle out of zipties to help lift the assembly back into the case

    Got it out, swapped syncros and back in. Thanks. Pressing the bearing back on works pretty well with the nut. Heres a pic of the trick part.
