Check the alternator shaft, make sure the bearings are good, make sure the bottom bracket of the alternator is tight. Check the tensioner, make sure is not bouncing excessively and lastly make sure the rear section of the tensioner (the stop bump) is not cracked. That is taking in consideration...

Ww went on a 4th of July parade with the city of sunrise and the veterans advisory board. We won 1st place out of everyone on the parade.

Figured out the AC, just a wire connection i guess. I have to fix the drain fitting piece under the system.

Finally started working on the 1151 i got to revive a couple of years ago. I installed the engine and cooling stack, from the donor 1114, also the brake system as the 1151 Was missing it. All is working good so far engine wise, Today i drained and flushed the tramsmission as apparently ingested...

How was the ride with the new suspension? Is it worth it?

I finally had time this past saturday to pull the engine off the 1114 donor and do a nice cleaning, replaced the glo plugs and ready to install in the 1151. Had the help of my 15 YO boy. Sunday we went to a car show with some friends. Yesterda fid a balancing and rotation on my 1123.

Check here what are you missing. This is a 12 v but similar.

That piece might have come off from the selenoide actuator or rod (not sure of the name of the part now) and is known for getting the pump stuck in the open position and causing some run away engines. If i find the diagram with the part, i will post it.

The original to the engine lasted with me around 20k miles plus whatever before wa on it. The 2nd one lasted a couple of months. The second one was the dame brand (i forgot yhe brand) and the cross reference showed it eas for a cummins something. Exact same piece. It is worth to mention that...

They all break on the same spot. I replaced 2 in my truck and the other one i sm swspping is also broken.

M1123 wirh 6.5 turbo engine.

Indeed. Very accurate to my needs as i have 40's and my original speed reads 4 miles below the actual speed.

I did a couple of things today. I replaced the starter as the selenoid got stuck in, engaging the whole time. Replaced the damaged start box with a Camotek System (thanks Camo) and did an alignment as my steering wheel was tilted to one side (not centered) also some sound inaulation.

At this point, and all ypu have explained i would pull the turbo out to carefully inspect. Good time to replace the 8 gasket and the bridge gaskets as well. My opinion.
