    SHC35 and SHC60 Battery

Good morning SteelSoldiers, I'm going to order some of these badly needed T's from Mouser, premade Hoping for any feedback. This is based on my SHC60 but I've seen some slight variances that might mean the SCH35 is different. First, if anyone would confirm the below specs are good to go for...

    SHC35 and SHC60 Battery

I bought those but thought they were the sensor.....probably the reason for the 18beeps :-/ Thanks for the link though. They were easy to work with.

Making your own Shc-35 battery pack? This helps!

Just packed up my heater, will order the 5.1k ohm , 1 watt resistor and the correct size Molex 9 pin parts set and try again next week. The batteries I used from Ebay were only $45 shipped (based on this post I looked for 12 Volt - 8 Ah - UB1280 - 8Ah AGM Battery Seller: SLA Battery and...

Making your own Shc-35 battery pack? This helps!

I think that's what I ended up with, a whole box of one size too small but the copper fittings were enough to get it plugged in. Now just need to override that 18 beep sensor alarm.

    SHC35 and SHC60 Battery

Thanks for the feedback! I'll keep working at the tips you've given. One last update and then I"ll try to rewire what I have so far. I ran the heat sensor directly into the 9 pin, but I didn't know where to put the heating/warmer unit so I tried adding a heat controller as seen in the pics...

    SHC35 and SHC60 Battery

Hi , about to start wiring 2 12v batteries and all the wires. Thanks for the connection list but where does the charge controller plug in, it has the same size plug as the one on the heater itself, male or female. Does it need to be spliced into the wiring or added standalone to the batteries?

Hard Start, white smoke despite good glowplugs and 24v at each lead??

Thanks! Guess I don't need that one for now. I* did get it running again, just kept pumping the peddle and finally roared to life. The feeling of getting it running after being a lawn ornament is so amazing..... Dang! Video: Still running in the front yard, hate to turn it off...

Hard Start, white smoke despite good glowplugs and 24v at each lead??

Thanks Coug, I'm inclined to leave all components that should not have failed in storage and just focus on consumables, such as the fuel suction line or "lift pump" but I'm not sure what the lift pump is. Then once the smoke comes out I'm thinking the blow-by I bought this with, is anti freeze...

Hard Start, white smoke despite good glowplugs and 24v at each lead??

I'm going through the exact same thing on an M1123 I bought from GP. Was told it was driven onto the trailer but wouldn't start when arrived. Was low on fuel and batteries were low so I assumed it wasn't getting fuel the whole time I was cranking it. Finally out of desperation I ran a strap...

    SHC35 and SHC60 Battery

Hi ZiggyO, my Friend and I are really in need of a couple of these battery/bypass setups. We just want heat, doesn't matter if we need to charge the battery once in a while. Can we buy 4 of these from you? Sure would appreciate it. I can buy any parts you need and have them sent to you if...
