    RMGILL, did you ever figure out the issue, I currently have same issue going on with a swat mrap purchased from gov. auction. I replaced the battery disconnect, a blown relay, and checked and cleaned connections. If the battery disconnect light comes on dash it runs perfect but if it doesn't it...
