Those adj. ball joint sleeves aren't that great, they will rotate and move on their own after a while and you'll be back to square one. I like this method better.

here is one of the shims, it may be hard to see but it has a taper to it, which gives you the camber angle. slide the shim on I tightened it down with a few of the bolts to seat the spindle back on Once you do that your ready to re assemble everything. Here is what i got after the shim...

Is there another relay that is the same as the horn relay, so I can swap it and try it out?

everything checked out the same when loading the circuit. Does anyone else have any insight as to where to go with this? I need to get the Gen2 working

my next question is how do i get the horn switch out? take the wheel off?

mine had a little bit of slack, enough that i could turn the relay and snip the wires.

I was able to get to it from the bottom with some little wire snips

I was actually wondering this myself. I just cut the diode out yesterday. And left the ends there. Im kind of assuming you need to splice it back together but i was hoping that i didnt have to cause theres no room and the wire ends are so short. My horn still doesnt work after removing the...

I did check voltage at the buss on the firewall and I'm pretty sure it had 24v, I will double check tomorrow though.

I'm getting voltage at the connector so I know its fine.
